What is the problem
I have your app on an iPad. I’m trying to put the app on my Android device but it does not work.
How to resolve it
This is because iPads and Android devices have different operating systems, which means the software has to be developed separately. You can’t download the app twice on your iPad and your Android device. You have to buy it twice, one from the Google Play Store (Android) and one from the App Store (Apple). Unfortunately, at the moment, we can only set one price on the google play or apple app store, which means we’re unable to offer a deal to reduce the price for a second license.
