What is the problem
I have downloaded and set up phonics keyboard but it still isn’t working.
How to resolve
This is a known issue with iOS10 devices. The keyboard will not display properly unless the word prediction is turned on. To turn on word prediction open up the Phonics keyboard settings app, tap on the settings icon (purple button with cogs) and turn on word prediction.
