What is the problem?
I have issues in creating new grid pages. A blank page saying “No cell/folder added to grid” appears when I try to create a new grid.
How to resolve
This is because there used to be a setting to prebuild a grid of empty cells whenever making a new page. This stopped working and there's currently no way to work around this at the moment. You have to click on the edit icon (green square with pencil) to be able to create a new cell/folder.
We are now working on a new version of ChatAble (free upgrade for existing users) which will be much easier to create grids on. We don't have a firm release date yet, but grid creation will be much easier and require less time input than it currently does.
