What is the problem
When I save a new scene, I’ve got a message on my screen saying that “my hotspots are empty” even if I added some content.
How to resolve
It might be because you are missing one small step. To create a scene, please follow these steps:
1. Click on the + icon, then Scenes. Select the picture you want to add (camera, drawing tool, duplicate existing image, or photo from your iPad gallery).
2. Give a title to your scene (on top of the screen)
3. Then add a hotspot by clicking on the blue square, then click on Edit.
4. Click on audio, and select Voice Support. Add the text you want to say, then click on the back arrow (on left side of Voice Support). The button Save should become green. Please press Save. There should be a confirmation on top saying "Hotspot saved successfully". Then click on back arrow
Or if you want to record your voice, click on Audio, then Record Voice . Click on the microphone icon to record it. Then click on the back arrow on left side of Record Voice. Please press Save. There should be a confirmation on top saying "Hotspot saved successfully". Then click on back arrow.
5. If you want to add a new hotspot, click on the icon on top left of the screen (the blue square).
6. Drag the hotspot whenever you want.
7. Then follow the same process than above for adding a hotspot.
Once you are done in creating all your hotspots, click on the Save button in the top right corner.
