If it’s an app that we’ve made and you’re experiencing a bug then we’re happy to help out in any way we can. If it’s an app that we haven’t made, if it’s a general question relating to the iPad and you didn’t purchase the app from us with a support package, our ability to help out will depend entirely upon our familiarity with the app, the complexity of the question you’re asking and how busy we are at the time.

Providing support on questions that aren’t specifically related to bugs in apps that we’ve written ourselves takes up a lot of our time, and we’re not necessarily familiar with the app or the problem that you’re asking about, so sometimes it’s not feasible for us to be able to take the time to work it out (if you have purchased a support package from us, however, we will certainly take the time to figure things out with you).
